Calculation of Fees
Fee's are calculated annually based on the 51 weeks that Cambridge Montessori is open. This total annual amount is then divided into 12 equal monthly payments. These monthly payments cover all public and bank holidays, and inset days (staff training days). Payment is required for these days even when CM is closed, as our staffing costs remain consistent.
Making Payments
Fee's are due in advance and we issue invoices on the 18th of each month for the following month. Direct debits are taken on the 27th of the month. Nursery fees including, Tax free childcare and childcare voucher payments are due by the last working day of the month.
Joining Fees
To join our nursery, families are requested to pay a one off, non-refundable Registration Fee of £100 upon application, which covers the administrative costs of processing your child's registration, managing our waiting list, and handling initial correspondence to secure their potential place. In accordance with government funding rules, this fee is waived for families accessing only their standalone funded entitlement.
