Join our bank staff

From time to time we need help to cover periods of absence amongst our permanent staff, due to annual leave, sickness, training and unexpected events.

Our bank staff team are largely made up of students currently studying for degrees in early years and also experienced practitioners, who require flexibility each week and are not able to commit to full time employment.

If you would like to join our bank staff, please complete our employment application form and send it to us. We will then arrange for you to come in for a short interview. Following a successful interview, you will be invited to join our bank staff. We will cover the costs of the DBS registration and provide a short induction before work starts.

We invite our bank staff to provide temporary cover for a day or more with at least 3 days notice only when we identify a genuine need for temporary cover.

We will attempt to place you in a classroom with your preferred age group.

On duty meals and refreshments are provided
